I see a sudden increase in its on my jpg files and I suspect that someone maybe hotlinking my images.

Is there a way for me to check which site is actually hotlinking these images?

Depends on the stats package you have available/installed, ultimately it will be in your log files.

I rely heavily on awstats that comes with my cpanel.
I guess I could plough through my log files too..

If awstast you can tell if just an image is being accessed by looking in the Links from External Pages section.

You will see in the hits column two numbers. The first is pages the second is images. If the pages column is 0 then most likely only the image is being accesses. Click on the referral link listed and it will take you to the page that your image is on. If it is not a page that you own find the image and send the owner an email.

I just sent out several emails myself last night to people stealing my bandwidth.

Or you can always change the image with a nice message in it. This is always fun to do if it is not an image that you are using yourself.:D
