Hi guys i need advice from you regarding to hotlinking.. I have this porn site and it is an automatic updating script site which pulls videos from big porn sites like pornotube and pornhub.

There is no complaint made by them. I just wanted to know if it is legal to put embed codes at my site like this
    <embed src="http://pornotube.com/player/v.swf?v=bT0xNTM0MTczJmFtcDtsb2NhbD1mYWxzZSZhbXA7dT0y" loop="false" quality="high" width="480" height="400" name="pornoPlayer" allowfullscreen="true" allowScriptAccess="always" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" /><div>Watch More Free Porn Video At <a href='http://www.porntent.com'> Free Porn Videos </a> </div>
    Code (markup):
So visitors can embed videos with my link attached?

Please let me know guys... :)

I believe it is legal, as long as you leave the link in that code. I'm not positive nor a legal professional. But I believe so.

Check the TOS on site, it might be a page with further details on this subject.

YouTube allows doing that, it might be just the same.

YouTube allows it, but other sites won't, because you are burning through their usage allowance, and they don't actually even get the visitors. What I'd suggest is emailing them and asking, because if they don't allow it, then they could well block your site, or take some other sanction.
