Hotfile Show PAID but not recive money

Hi all , today my friend recived money via webmoney but now I have not received money , although on PAID account record, and you were like me, I did contact support but they not answer.

Nearly 24 hours have passed but I still have not received the money and have not received an email from they, have started to Hotfile scam: (

You should try Fileserve or Filesonic instead of Hotfile... I switched few weeks ago and I don't regret it....
