try to send them an email from another email account and ask them politely to tell the exact reason, why your account was banned. if its due to different ip logins, then tell them that someone else may have hacked into your account and shared it without your knowledge and you have only used it from your home and office and give them the ip range, if its dynamic like 212.45.xxx.xxx, that you use to download from hotfile

if you call them cheaters and post in all caps, then you most likely wont get any reply. request them to unsuspend your account politely. if they still dont reply, wait for two days and then send another mail and dont shout or be rude

it all depends on the way you interact with them. looking at the email you send, am not surprised at the reply they gave you

I responded it that manner after they accused me of credit card fraud, hacking their site and something about cheating hotfile downloads.

I'm not making excuses but I think a a responsible company should not accuse it's customers of fraud without any facts to support their statements.

I've repeatedly asked for more details about any violations I've supposed to have committed but received rude one liners or no response at all.

It was then that I sent the e-mails with the Caps and my counter accusation as I have not committed any fraud and do not see why I should take such accusations lying down and being played out for the money I spent to purchase a one year Premium account from Hotfile.

well i myself have contacted hotfile support many times for different reasons and i have got polite and quick response from them. so i dont think there is much problem with hotfile support, at least in my case

as i said, it all depends on the way you interact with them

An update that I thought I must share with every body

    Hotmail confirms that

You can access your account from different places, no problem for this.
But if there are downloads from multiple IPs at same time - this means you share your account with others - we don't allow this.
