Hotfile - payment info missing, how to link paypal email?

    When I sign up to Hotfile.com, this is what I see:

    After signing up and uploading a file, this is what I see when clicking "My Account":

    Notice the missing options or links.

    I wonder how I can be a Hotfile affiliate or how to link my Paypal email to Hotfile, the option is missing.

    Is Hotfile's affiliate program not available this December? :confused:
