    been using it for a week now. is it normal to earn just about .14cents per lead?

    They class a lead as a click on the Google ads, so somebody has clicked an ad and you've not earned much from it - nobody has booked.

    You don't earn on a booking. You will earn on a lead.

    14 Cent is the normal amount if someone clicks on the Google Ads just like Helado said.
