Hello, i believe the most important thing you need to look into, is the top logo and animated banner .. nothing wrong with them alone, but combined they take up too much vertical space on the top, forcing a viewer to scroll to get to any content... Also on the little boxes (around the content), the text color is the same as the blue graphics, and makes a few words (for the long titles) to be hard to read.. regards

Not too bad, there are a couple things in my opinion that really need to be fixed. The little header images above each section (Top Links, Location Search, etc) needs to have a border around it to match the box below or the 3d effect needs to be corrected.. Second the header logo is way too big, the space on the right is completely empty, which in turn makes the content not even show up without scrolling, a lot of people view this as negative for a page. Not bad, but thematically the swirly stuff seems out of place. Its a hotel website, why are there swirls? Also your top (title bar, animated thing) are so big that a lot of your content is going to end up below the fold.
Hey! The website looks great. Although as a 'customer' browsing your site, there are A LOT of links! My eyes were wandering all over the page. Maybe if you can confine the number of links. I do like how you have an overall color scheme. it's works very well.
The website is looking pretty good overall. I agree with Meemz though there is loads of stuff crammed into the content. Perhaps reduce slightly? Also change the background. It does not relate to what the website is about and doesn't look professional. Maybe use a graduated background?

As per your feedbacks, I have now reduced the logo size by 30%. @newyears1978: I tried putting the border around top menu, some how it looked out of sorts, so removed them again. @Lessman: Eventually I think we'll have to remove the swirls. Actually, the page was looking very bland, so we just added those swirly designs for now.
I want to take out the link I posted here, as google has started indexing it and I don't want that done yet. Please help.
you could consider reducing the width of the logo ...and i personally feel the images are like patches ...continuity is missing
