    It has earned less than $10 in the last 12 months and your starting the bidding off at 5 times that... Any revenue before then is useless as rates will have changed etc.

    Also, for everyone else looking to buy the site... The "guaranteed" income takes 1-2 hours a day and from the sellers revenue proof you will earn $35 - I spoke to him about the site in PM, thats why I know :)

    The $35 is from one income stream only

    The $50+ is also as good as cash on the account since minimum payout for the account is $100. If you pay $50, then you already get it for free even with the extras I included. It has earned less than $10 because I never did any link building or advertising or article posting or whatever on the site. I never did those too before. Just did something and it got me $30+ for a month :)

    Hotelscombined is the one that track sales, so I have no idea, but the traffic I have is highly targeted only to those interested in booking hotels.
