    That's about it, im afraid.
    Try something less captial intensive: unless your taking over somewhere which is already making money, it would be also hard to get some sort of market share away from global hotelliers.

    try regional keywords.

    such as Egypt Hotel, S. Africa Hotel.

    think over the LongTail theory.
