Selling Hot Traffic Membership Site up for grabs

On sale is a hot traffic membership site that i have set up for about 2 months now. I am too engaged offline to dedicate time and energy to it, so i am selling it off so that someone with more time and passion can give it the attention it needs to maximize its potential.

How is the website developed?

How many users are signed up right now?

What kind of system resources are needed to maintain this project from a server perspective?

What application is running your traffic system?
- Is there license issues with the traffic application

How do you pay brenda>?

Is there any income now?

Do you have a temp account for people to look around the set up?

Are you helping to transfer and re-establish the system on a new server?

And Since you are NEW to DP - Do you have any other business credentials to establish your Business Trust?

Like i said earlier,this is a new site.There is not much traffic cos i haven't been promoting it.
There is only 1 member
Right now,i have a reseller hosting account. If i were to have about 500 members,i will then switch to a dedicated server
The traffic system is run by the My traffic Business 2 script
There are no license issues whatsoever with the application
This is not an affiliate site,you get everything from the business. You know how and what to pay yourself.
This is a new site,there has been no marketing. Except my signature link here on DP, so no income
Anybody interested should indicate and i will create a temp account
I suppose that could be arranged with the new owner
New does not have to be mistrust, yes am new but there is nothing to be afraid of.
