I have too many categories and I want to put some Parent categories with letters from A to Z. When somebody wants to go to "cars", let's say, he would click the C and it would expand into a list of all the categories that start with C. How do I do this in wordpress?what plugin should I use?

If all fails... You can probably add some code in the source of your file where your categories are shown, normally in the sidebar.php or header.php in your template folder.
