    Site up for sale http://dressesportal.com
    Basically the site is targeted towards males 18-30 and is primarily focused on images.

    How it works
    1. Find a gallery of a model in dresses
    2. Download and watermark
    3. Upload gallery
    4. Post article with gallery (auto posts to the Twitter and Facebook pages for DressesPortal)
    5. Get traffic

    I already have a many galleries posted. There's videos as well.

    Here is the traffic data from Statcounter.

    Traffic has only been going up, in 5 days there's already over 400 pageviews and I haven't even updated the site. In May and June we saw a slight decline because I didn't update the site.

    I wasn't able to monetize too effectively, I put in Linkbucks which brings in few dollars here and there (I've now removed it). I would suggest CPA offers and interstitial advertising as well as popunders, doesn't really matter how invasive the ads are because the users want to see the content.

    So what comes with the sale is as follows
    1. Email with the site and database
    2. Transfer of Facebook page to your account
    3. Transfer of Twitter and Pinterest Accounts
    4. Transfer of Dailymotion Account
    5. Three days email support

    Also I have approximately 8 gigabytes in the form of 175 galleries and 29 videos (need editing) that have NOT been uploaded. So it's a lot of content.
    If you want the galleries and videos that I have on my computer, it is an additional $40 UNLESS you BIN.

    The reason I'm selling is because I do not want to work within this particular niche anymore, so I'm selling it at a bargain price at no reserve.

    Really depends on how you think of monetizing, for example if you put a combination of annoying pop ups and interstitial ads as well as CPC/CPA ads then it would take less time than if you were just doing CPA.
