    im going to use some service to send bulking email,a real professional service...

    BUT !!!

    what the heck is that mean of, 5 dollar-2000 relay emails/month ?

    A=is that mean,i can just send 2000 email PER ONE MONTH ?
    B=i can only send 2000 then after finishing sending 2000 emails then send more 2000 and so on,
    time limit is one month..

    The service you're using should be able to answer that question.

    Chances are, it is 2000 per month.

    2000 emails are not that much. A good shared hosting allows you 300 emails per hour, which is like 7000 emails per day. I think all you've to do is buy a simple shared hosting ;)
