why not just install coppermine and let people vote on uploaded pics in albums ... it free

 

hhmmm...not exactly what im wanting....my site that i plan on developing is for men to upload their pics and for women to vote/comment on them...its a specific niche......hotornotscript is ideal for this......just cant seem to find any good ones...
