Here are a few other things... -all work must be original, copyscape passable. -I don't care what country you are from just as long as your writing is perfect. -your English skills must be very good and understandable! You must be English speaking. -your writing must make sense and not have grammar mistakes. -sentences must be cohesive and follow the topic of the article. -turn around time must be within 72 hours. I sent you a message, though as Gaven said, I (and most others) will not be willing to work for that little money. The bare minimum is typically $0.01 per word -- usually more.
Yes, rate is very less. I charge around $1 for 100 words. Never went below my limits. Business is good. $2 for 500 words doesnt justify the efforts.
It would be great if you offered at least a cent a word to writers. This will prompt more writers to bid for the job and making a pick would become so much easier. In fact you could find great people and build a good team.

I agree with what most are saying. Also, I will caution you that, if someone indeed agrees to work at these rates, he is only scamming your time or money. If you pay before you get the articles, your "writer" will run away with money. Those who ask for pay after work, they will never return to give you the articles.
