hot/not script wanted

ok i made a post like this a week or 2 ago but i cant find it so im going to make it again but more detailed this time as i had a few pms asking for more details for a price could be given.

I want a hot or not type script that integrates with either phpbb or smf (preferabbly phpbb as ive used that befre), i also want the forums so that search engines can index them, aswel as that i would like just basic admin where i can approve or decline the pictures.

If you can make this would you please either pm a quote and timeframe or post here please. And no timewasters as ive already been ripped off by someone meant to making this as you may have seen by some of my other posts.

i have but none do exactly what i want, ive tried a few various scripts and in the end im not happy with any of them so i may aswel just pay for what i want

thanks for the pm but i would like to do it through this website rather than sign up on another site for a 1 off job
