Selling Hot Niche Site Ranking on First Page of Google

I am selling http://newacaiberrydetox.com. I just do not have time to work with the site. The majority of the content is unique and most of the traffic is organic traffic. The site ranks on the first page of google for one of its keywords and on the second page for another. With some good promotion, this site could be a real money maker. I just do not have the time to promote it right now.

I just put adsense on the site and the earnings are are a calculated number based on what I earned in the last week. There are also some affiliate products on the site that should provide some good money over time.

I just put analytics on the site also so the monthly uniques and page views were calculated based on the last week.

I have 12 draft articles waiting to be published so the new owner will have some fresh content to publish when they takeover the site.

The domain name was registered for two years and will be pushed free to your GoDaddy account.
