Selling Hot Niche Site For Sale Has Made 254.62 Since April 20th No Reasonable Offer Refused!

Up for sale is this site it is a hot niche that is constantly growing with desperate buyers trying to find out who it is calling them or there spouses. I use the catching a cheating spouse angle for a majority of the articles and content I put up around the internet and article directories for promotion of this site and it has done well for just over a month at 254.62 in clickbank sales.

The traffic is all organic from search engines and articles as well as all that stuff I build all my sites with long term SEO in mind and try to make sure they are as search engine friendly as possible to rank well for as many terms as possible. Right now since the site is not that old it bounces around as many will know it gets google starred results alot for the first site you see in the listings for many terms but as I said it bounces almost daily one day it can be on page 1 for several terms and then boom it is back on page 7 just trying to find its spot in google I guess.

This is a great niche I have a few sites in this niche and make good money in this niche but I need some quick cash and have to sell off a site and chose this one I have put quite a bit into the promotion in a short time. Content all over the place articles everywhere backlinks etc.

I am taking all offers and no reasonable offers will be refused ! If I can not sell it here I will list on flippa in the next few days I will attach the clickbank screen shots to verify the income on the site and what google analytics screen shots I have to but I messed up analytics somehow for awhile.
