    Up for sale is a site I started a couple of weeks back for the HOT new Facebook game, Civ World!

    This site has a premium domain name, CivWorldHQ.com and is perfect to turn in to an authoritive site in this niche.

    Traffic is flowing to this site already because at the speed in which I got the site up and started proving visitors with useful information. All traffic is organic from Google!

    Stats from when the site was setup till now:

    As you can see, the first article I put up really took off, but traffic has since calmed down a bit due to the lack of fresh content I've put up, and also lack of any linkbuilding.

    I'm selling because although I honestly believe this site will be a top authority for the Civ World Facebook game, I don't believe I'm the person that will get it there. I also need the cash to fund other projects.

    Generating unique content for this site is dead simple, and I will advise the winner of this sale on how to go about it, without having to pay for it!

    I would suggest the best way to utilise this site is to throw adsense on it and either keep it rolling in money for you each month, or flip it for significantly more than you buy it for once you can prove earnings!

    Because they've ended. I haven't posted 3 times when they've all been active. If there was a way to actually relist without creating a new thread, I'd use it. But it seems it requires 'bumping' the thread or something.

    Yeah, but you only get 1 bump per 30 days no? So what's the point in using that to relist a thread when I can easily just copy/paste it and make a new one? :)
