This niche is not for me. It is just something I wanted to try out. I want out and want to sell it all. I went with bluetrendz for a design and spent $800 + $400 for upgrades. This includes $800 for the design, coding, and integration into PHPAS, which costs $50, and $120 for banners and advertising images. The JV hover over tooltip, more avatars, extended profile info, along with several other things made up the cost of $400. This all was $1200 alone. I added games through MochiMedia but their game loading system is screwed so half of them don't load. The domain GameHeat.com is almost 7 years old. It is ranked between page 22-25 on Google for Free Online Games. I have not touched the site for over 2 months and it used to be page 7 with minimal effort. I will be including 7 additional, great domain names for arcades. I do not wish to list them out here but only via PM to a serious buyer.

$1200 + $300 for Gameheat.com + $200 I payed for the 7 domain names (all of them 1-5 years old) = $1700. Don't forget the hours spent trying to rank the site and the fact that it is already ranking in Google just quite poorly at the moment. It averages around 50 views a day and about $1 made per week. My price for exclusive rights to the gameheat.com site in its entirety including PHPAS license, template, and domain name, and the 7 domains is $1200 OBO.
