    Domain registration date shows that it is registered 2 weeks ago and site is not even fully indexed. How did you manage to get that revenue?

    The revenue isn't from that particular site, the revenue is already in the account used for that site, which will be included with the sale. The account was used for other sites I used to own and it still makes a couple of sales in a month and this won't change even after you take it from me.

    You are allowed to invite other users to administer a particular associate/affiliate account and change the primary email address to the invited user's and delete the previous primary email address. Other account details can be changed afterward. Think of it as transferring work task, a task of administering the account and getting all the earning into your bank account.

    That's not how you read Amazon earnings. Anyway, the reason I do this is because Amazon pays with check in my country, it's a hassle.

    There's no cost really, except for monthly server fee. If you are on shared hosting, the cost would be very minimal to negligible.
