The price, I think, is a fair one - if anything pitched a bit low. i have recently sold similar sites on Flippa and the Warrior Forum at prices well above these... whether it is too high for DigitalPoint users is another matter, but it is the lowest I am likely to go (the reserve is $20) as for the keyword research, domain name (and exact match can be hard to find), content writing and putting the site together etc I struggle to see how anyone can charge less!
