Hosty.Net SUCKS! They took away my money

    Hello guys,

    just wanted to y'all know, never ever buy with hosty.net. they are sucks with their services. Besides, they also simply took away my money using their automatic bullshit billing system which make me to transfer away my money form paypal.

    The issue started when i'm only subsribing for a month, but they continue to charge me the second month even i didnt want to continue.

    hope someone will hack their sucks server.

    yea.
    get into your paypal account, cancel the subscription
    then either ask for a full refund; otherwise, paypal dispute
    most of the time works.
    paypal sometimes sides with the buyer. just give them enough proof

    IF they have an 800 # try calling that and talking to sales. Usually a sales team can work something out for you.

    I have had this happen to me before, as a vps customer forgot to cancel there subscription. It does not nesecarily mean they aren`t good, they most likely forgot to cancel the paypal subscription.

    Ya cancel the subcription then file a dispute and give sales team a call..that will normally get the ball rolling

    When ever you have a subscription payment with anyone, make sure you cancel the subscription your self.. Has a host with many clients, it is hard to know who has the subscriptions and who does not. it is your responsibility to cancel your own subscription,. that should be the first thing you do after canceling with a host no mater who you are with..

    happened to me once.
    can't blame the host at some point due to so many accounts under him.

    thanks for advices guys. i'm a verified paypal member btw.

    i've email, file a dispute to paypal (have been 3 days), just now email their support team. waiting for the ticket reply.
