I'm sharing my review on HostStore since there not seem to be a lot of reviews around. It is my 3rd month of hosting with host store and so far so good. In short, i am listing and rating the service below: 1. Service Delivery: 3/5 Stars. I've been told by the sales agent over the chat that the service delivery rate is 24-72 hours. My server was setup almost about 48hr of submitting the order. 2. Customer Support: 4/5 Stars. Host Store currently does not provide any phone support. However. I've find that ticket response rate is under 60 minutes. But could take up to 2Hr (sometimes). usually after 12PM. 3. Network: 5/5 Stars I've used SpeedTest.net to do my tests based on my Windows 2008 server, the test to the nearest DC has been over 82Mbps/sec, and to the most far DC (in coast coast) Florida, was 11Mbps/sec. I would give the network speed 5 out of 5 stars. 4. Hardware: 5/5 Stars. My server was a brand-new supermicro, and i was able to put a note in order form to get WD Black Edition drives. which are far faster than the regular seagate (I believe). 5/5 Stars. 2. Cost: When it come to the cost, I would give HostStore 5 starts. HostStore is a budget hosting provider. but I've still find it quite reliable and can depends on. I will continue to host with host store and will write another review soon.
