3 weeks is a long time, depends on how you look at it? 3 weeks with downtime is ALOT, 3 weeks in business is not a long time... And so on eh?

And its 3 weeks since i asked HP = I feel that it is a long time since!

 

Eddie you could of just hired someone until you move.

I have been waiting for quite a while. Hope they change my accounts and get my sites back soon.

 

Please understand that some accounts were a mess before we transfered them. I am hearing some sites have not worked in days or weeks. All accounts that we move will be fixed and working. We are working on this and hope to have all accounts on our servers tonight.
And then we can start working issues that some had before this move. We will handle these issues and will be working non stop till every one last account is working.

That'd be nice, since the HostParlor server is down now and I have no backups!

Ok for starters,, One of the old HostParlor servers is currently down, and if I can not get a hold of eddie or his support staff to get it online,, there is not much I can do.

Please dont promise that to any one as I have no contact to the data center or to Eddie at this time.
As stated by Eddie I had 3-7 days to get the accounts of the servers, Yesterday one of the servers was down for non payment. If this is the case on this server I'm not sure how to handle it as it was not part of the arrangements with Eddie as he clearly stated I had 3 days on one server and 7 days on the other to move accounts.
So if any one can get me info about how to get a hold of the data center,, I will do my best. To see what is wrong.

We are working on the fix I have tried all day sense it went down to get a hold of Eddie and or his server tech.

Poor IwhiC, got people talking smack about him and his company left and right in here and then tushardhoot1 tries to lighten up the situation and just looks like an ass, for a little bit. But honestly I gotta give props to IwhiC for taking on these customers. Good luck.

(P.S. If you sell out IwhiC, because there is like a "cursed customer" or something, let me know cause I will laugh my ass off)

A little update we do have both servers online and the transfers continue.
Good news will be emailed to those that have registered in our client area very soon.
To those that are tracking this back and forth battle of servers issues clients and frustration. It will be business as usual for all very soon as we get this mess FIXED.

You're not the only one. Many of HP former members feel the same. How come Eddie (hostparlor) was on here (DP) this afternoon and no one said anything to him then? So he still is around. Say HELP please!
