If you have any questions or requests, please let me know.

    Now, on with the listing.

For sale is an excellent opportunity for entering the webhosting/affliate arena.

HostPappy.Com - a top level great domain with a web hosting review system with all host links connected to your affiliate ID. Get the big commissions the easy way.

The site you are reviewing is a webhosting review site with the links to the hosting providers sites being referal affiliate links from your commission junction affiliate account.

When someone looking for a host clicks on the link to go to the host of choice and signs up, you earn the big fat commississions.

Here are some features of the site.

The videos on the site can be customized, you can pick the ones you want it to display.

The Gallery Image Rotator links to your internal pages and is fully customizable.

You can build a list if you want with the optin form

This is one powerful site that has a high degree of simplicity.

*** I will help you with any changes you want to make that are supported by the features andd functions of the site, this would include showing you how to change the text on the reviews, how to change the order in which the sites are shown and how to change the video that is shown.

Currently this site is promoting 11Hosting companies that pay various amounts, see below.

This site comes ready to promote a total of 11 hosting companies:

    1&1

    Bluehost

    Fatcow

    Globat

    Godaddy

    Hostgator

    Hostmonster

    Inmotionhosting

    Justhost

    Lunarpages

    Webhostingpad

Others can easily be added.. You can promote any hosting company you want.

You can join these programs at their respective websites or more conveniently you can join Commission Junction and they all fall under CJ too. You have to decide this yourself as CJ may pay you more in the beginning until you start running numbers (20 sales a month for the same company) after that it may be better to deal with the company itself(+25% in commisions to deal directly when you are delivering 20+ sales)

This is an easy website to customize, the reviews, and overviews are easily

    edited.

    Revenue Details

I will go over what each affiliate pays and you can see if you were to just get a couple of sales a month on each one you would be making over $X,000 a month.

Here are some of the commissions that are paid by CJ. You can get more or less by signing up directly with each individually.

    $10-$300 1&1

    $90.00 Bluehost

    $100.00 Fatcow

    $100.00 Globat

    $90.00 Godaddy

    $100.00 Hostgator

    $90.00 Hostmonster

    $80.00 Inmotionhosting

    $100-$120 Justhost

    $95.00 Lunarpages

    $100.00 Webhostingpad

So you see with these payouts it doesn't take many sales to add up to some serious money.

    Traffic Details

Imagine traffic comming to your new site from visitors looking for a hosting provider and you have all the providers info indexed into the search engines as well as user reviews.

you have any questions, please let me know.

I have had a lot of questions on updating or changing the affiliate links, graphics and so on for the hosting providers. Yes, that can be done and is an easy process. I will include all step by step instructions for doing this as well.

You are not limited to only commission junction affiliates. you can also can use the affiliate info from each host that has an affiliate program. Yes, even those that do not participate in the commission junctions program.

    Hello,
I have had one affiliate commission from hostgator so far.
As for traffic, I don't have anything setup to track or monitor that siince it is for sale and I am not baseing anything on any traffic or making any traffic claims.

With that domain and content related to hosting, it wouldnt take long to saturate the seaarch engines anyway.
Some forum backlinking, maybe link exchanging and that's about all it would take.

I have had it for maybe a month.
    not exact on the date.

Any information as far a what it is running, how it functions, or anything proprietary to the site, will be released to the purchaser at the time of purchase. Posting too much of that information in a freely accessible forum that is highly indexed and never deletes posts gives hackers enough info to start looking for vulnerabilities.

Not to mention the serious buyers by pass listings that have that information listed for much of the same reason.

Not to mention, if you kknow what it was running, how it functions and all the particulars, why would you buy the site. you now have the info needed to go build your own.

If you have any questions related to the site or purchasing it then let me know.

all information is there, the site is online and available for review.
It is pretty self explanatory and I have described it adequately for all to understand.
