When making some research already found that there were numerous complaints against hostnex.net so it is true that they are complete fraud and bad hosting providers.

Hostnex.net and hostnext.net have ripped off one of our design (hostnext.net is now its been redirected to hostnex.net because liquidweb have already suspended hostnext.net account after DMCA where as hostnex.net is at softlayer)

Actual History (With proven mail/chat records)
Hostnex.net ordered for a custom design to us. We made the design preview and showed it to them but later they disagreed to pay the amount we agreed upon and in result they ripped off our design. I wonder how people can even think to do such things and this is too much when someone rips a complete website design!, its a place of extreme shame...!

Even just look, they are using same filenames.

The network images you see in network page are also taken from other hosting sites I have seen.

I never sent them any HTML files neither any PSDs, where as I have everything with me.

Have already sent DMCA notice to softlayer to take the site down.

When a company do this then what type of services they will be providing to their clients......

It is sad to hear about that. I believe you need to do something about it. Perhaps that worth to send some abuses?

I can see they have just taken off the whole design now.

I was really looking forward for getting them suspended at softlayer for hostnex.net. Liquidweb was fast, they suspended hostnext.net

But I will still make sure they gets suspended at softlayer as well as make sure all of their clients know about their fraud and abusive services.

You can place a Notification on your web site to warn potential and existing customers
