He is the owner ... I think ... My programmer was sending in requests left and right and they kept ignoring us... when we asked for the documentation on their control panel and they told us they didnt have a real good copy in english .. it was limited , but they did have the full version in spanish ... I played their games for almost 2 weeks then I write the owner and I get this horrible reply thats posted above ... I lost a good bit of money due to this companys bad handling ... But Here is the kicker... they keep trying to bill me for services 1 month after canceling , This is one of those companies that will keep charging you no matter how many times you cancel - Took me almost 10 calls to finally get them to stop debiting my account .. finally had to put a block on them by changing my info - BEWARE HOSTLAND is another AOL that loves billing you for services not provided ... And they still send me emails telling me I am a valued customer.
I love those emails, have dealt with other hosts who after huge fights, finally get money back/problem sorted. Then a week later, like nothing happened, you get "Dear valued customer" ... yeah right ...
Yes.... isnt it funny how they are never responsible for what their employees tell you also. Or what they sell you - Steer very clear of these people
