IO actually wasnt intending to plug my custom development service since this post is not for that service but since other users seem to be concerned, hey, thanks for the help and suggestions.
Don't mind if i do. Templatemonster.com has been operating the same way and has done it for years.
I think they charge like $300.00 or possibly more for a custom or unique.

and yes, to confirm bluehat09 can see the value and time saving I offer and sometime ago, took advantage of this great deal.
Time is money in this field. We all know that. The more time you have for advertising and promotion and can save for that purpose, the more money you make.

My point is some people want to do some of the work such as adding or editing the existing content to make it unique to their site to save a few bucks and others want to save time and want it unique from the start. Either way I can handle both requests.

So why complain? If not interested then fine. Go somewhere else and find the solution or deal that best suits you.
I am not the only one who saves affiliate marketers time.
