    The .com is for sale on Sedo but the owner wants I believe $20,000 for it, and the .net is just a parked page.

    While the hosting industry is obviously very competitive, simply developing the domain into a forum should yield very high SERPs for "hosting forums", if not #1. (I base this on the fact that I'm in the top 3 for "___ forums" on a number of forums, all because of their domain names.

    I'll accept payment via PayPal, Neteller, MoneyBookers, and possibly bank wire.

    No trolling please - I understand my asking price is high, but I also know the value of such domain names. If I do not get a lot of bites, I'll be developing the site myself down the road.

    The domain is registered on Namecheap for a fast and easy push, and I will use Escrow.com if requested by the buyer.

    The -1 was made from somebody who tried to cheat in a paid contest I held, and he gave me bad reputation. If you check my name on other sites such as DNForum and Namepros you'll see I have a perfect history.

    No, I don't have a reserve in mind.
