    The Standard shared hosting account is fine for the majority of people who run a basic web site. It means your site is hosted on a server with a bunch of other sites on a server. The dedicated server is your own server. Its usually used by people who need the full resources of a server. What type of web site are you looking for host?

    Song lyrics site, but i plan on making more then one site once i finish my first project. Would i be able to host more then one domain on a regular server?

    If its just a lyrics site you would be fine on a standard shared hosting account. If you have a site where there is a lot of downloading of files it then becomes a concern over server resources as for hosting multiple domains it depends on the host. Each one has their own plan which allow or don't allow extra domains and if so how many they allow, that's all how specific which you want to ask your host before you purchase a hosting account with them.

    I use quickpacket for my server, I hate godaddy, hiya-host I have had problems with.
