Hello. I would like to start using Affiliate Programs. What do you think? Better is use my own hosting or web hosting farm like www.blogger.com? What are the advantages and disadvantages to using www.blogger.com and what are the advantages and disadvantages to using their my own web hosting? I will use my own domain.

I personally like to have more control over my sites so I always host my own. But if you're tight on money there's nothing wrong with using Blogger (or services like it) as the backend.

I like to have more control too. But my server is in Lithuania. I think I will has a lag if my site will be for people from America. So at the beginning I think I can use Blogger, and if I get along well I can buy shared hosting in America. If I'm wrong, please correct me :)

    Blogger advantages: It is free
Blogger disadvantages: They can close your account at any time without explanation.
Self hosted advantages: You're on your own, so you can do it your way
Self hosted disadvantages: money for hosting (but in most casses you can run 50+ blogs in 1 hosting package;)

    Choice is yours;)

Your own domain and own hosting is always better, as you will be the owner of your website and no one can cancel your blog/website.

Always us your own. I offer no cost hosting (cPanel) for blogging sites (especially WordPress) so if money is the issue, I can help with that. I only charge for Dedicated IP's and SSL certificates.

Yes thats true hosting is much more better than blogger any other same. But keep in mind that hosting provider must be of good quality, if it is not good you would have many down times making more worse than blogger.

Good point... and 99.8% is a good uptime to shoot for. Always do your own backups but if your host does back ups of your sites, thats a good indicator that they care about their client's property. Be sure to check their usage policy. No host can physically offer unlimited. Do your homework before buying.

Something I highly recommend, don't even bother with add on domains (different that sub domains). If you have more than one domain to host, get or request WHM access (even if it is WHM just for your personal sites) it will save you TONS of headaches down the road. I know for my clients I do not charge for WHM access for their personal sites. Some other hosts do not either. Its a good thing to check out though.
