    It really depends on what you are hosting, if you are hosting a proxy server, you are going to run into problems

    No it is not for a proxy server. it is for a video tube website containing embed codes of youtube.
    But it gets good amount of traffic from google. I was getting 1000 visitors from google daily and atlast got banned

    In France we have a company named OVH (the one which provide "kimsufi") their services are great, and prices are rather low (~ 25 $ - / mo 17 € for us) for a full dedicated server (not a VPS).
