We bought this template about 1 year ago and never used. We bought it directly from hostping (don't remember if it was up for sale on this forum or somewhere else, tried to find the original thread but no luck ) as they never used it too. Template has: index shared reseller tos whyus and a blank page Comes with original PSD. We bought it as unique so I suppose it should still be.
