    What is the best free site that i can host on? I need a site with a reasonable amount of space and bandwidth and it also must have ftp.

    Not too many offer an FTP account. Whats wrong with blogger or WP? Hosting is so cheap these days. Its like $2/month for godaddy shared hosting
