Selling Hosting review site + directory with unique content

Hello,

I am selling my web hosting review site www.webspacereviews.com/
I was hoping to have enough time to run and advertise this site by myself, but university takes too much of my time, so I decided to sell it.

There are 13 unique articles about web hosting companies, which in total have 3842 words. This amount of unique content in itself is worth about 30$.

Also site has directory of hosting providers into which visitors can submit their own links: http://www.webspacereviews.com/directory/

Unfortunately this domain expires in 10 days, so the buyer would have to renew it if he wanted to continue using it.

Site is almost a year old, but haven't been advertised and gets only about 20 unique visitors monthly.

If the buyer would need, I would help with site transfer to his hosting account.
