Hosting resseller Script?

Discussion in 'General Business' started by madkad, Feb 19, 2010.

    Hi

I have been trying to use a hosting reseller script called AccountLab Plus

Now what it does is allow you to add this to your website so people can buy hosting space and then it auto sets everything up on my sever.

BUT, it went open source on the 1st of jan 2010 and since then looks like it is dead.

Does any one know of a free script that can do these things?

    Thanks

you can (and should..) try whmcs.com , they have monthly lease program so you can check if your webhosting business is fine and then purchase a full license.

I would hardly risk using a free script for a service like web hosting reseller. However, if you're still up for it, you could also try the free version of WHMAutoPilot, I used this software back in the years and it was a pretty powerful tool to manage cPanel reseller hosting.

Since you're in tight budget,i can suggest you try phpcoin.
Its open source but the support still there.

    Why don't you use whmcs?
    Its only $8/month with branding.

I do agree with you, but WHMCS is costly so another solution is trying some of the hosting scripts available for free at www.sourceforge.net

Just type in "hosting" in the search box and apply the filter to require programming language PHP, that will narrow your search ;)
