    I don't know of any... there are loads that use PayPal.
    Why don't you use PayPal instead?

    The only I have heard is provided by Dynadot, but it is very basic, just html :|

    Just an update. DominicQuick red repped me because I revealed that Dynadot offers hosting services and accepts Moneybookers.

    He wanted to be the last resort on earth so people should ignore Dynadot's offer, by the way, available here for those interested:

    Im not really bothered about giving and recieving rep. I already got a decent reputation so thats, that.

    Like you said dyndadot doesnt offer much in terms of hosting. Its mainly html website they cater for.

    111hosting.com accept paypal, it's pretty cheap. $1/month 100M, 1 database, PHP/Mysql, clustered hosting.
