    Just 5-10 mb webspace and 100-200 mb BW.

    I think www.frihost.com should be good. You have to stay active on their forums though.
    The kidney site in my sig is hosted there. Their service is good.

    Another option would be www.champhost.com You have to stay active on their forums.
    The coronary heart disease and cancer site are hosted there. They give cpanel also.
