    I use www.monsterhosting.ca for all of my websites. I always start off with the mini-unix package which is like 4.95 a month. Setup is almost instant (you can send a bank transfer/pay pal) and be setup within about 3 hours.

    You get 500 MB/15GB traffic/Full access to everything unix (PHP, Perl, etc)
    and a ton of other crap. Basically I found for the money, it works.

    I also like the fact I can start small and just keep upgrading packages as the site gets bigger.

    I'm not getting paid for this nor do I own that company. Just offering my 2 cents. I know you will probably get a lot of offers from hosting providers or resellers now.

    I have been happy with Dreamhosting. They have a forum you can check out and get an idea of the support and community.
