If you pay your hosting bill by paypal then you can charge back. In order to recover you hosting file, the best way is try to contact them, if possible.

the problem is the guy was such a good host, always on top of things, now I lost almost all my clients on this US server. I opened a paypal dispute, but I JUST paid my bill for the second month so i am pissed.

Why not chargeback using your credit card?
Have you tried to contact them?

:( So sad... My first digitalpoint deal was this one and I didn't even get a chance to backup the data I had on there.

See, this is what happens when you host with kiddie hosts which aren't even registered! these people sell package for so cheap that they struggle to make any profits as they don't have a proper business plan.

Take this as lesson, from now on deal with well known professionally run registered companies. say no to host multiple levels of resellers run by kids from their bedroom.

Thats one of the truest statements I've ever seen on here. I've seen 99 cent hosting for a year offers on here and you can easily identify who's still in junior high. No hosting company can survive on Ethiopian wages like that.
