I need recommendation in which countries is safe to have pirate site? Sweden I think it's okay but I need lot more on this list. Service offers are welcome too... Running one site in USA which might soon get down because of it's content.
Don’t know were you from… but if you live in the US it doesn’t matter were your servers are located…. You’ll still get legal action taken against you. Really if your organization has any connection with the US you’re going to get charged.

So once your site is up and running, you would have no objection to somebody making a copy of it? Intellectual property is the same as any other type; theft is theft. (That said, the RIAA is STILL a bunch of idiots)
