I couldn't post this in the buy sell or trade forum so assumd here would be suitable. I have an account with Xilo.net, it's a £20 a month reseller, and i've been asking them to cancel it since 29th November, I've sent them four support tickets but they just never respond, live support is never online, and when I phone them all I get is an answer machine, I've tried contacting them via snail mail, but again never get a reply. What on earth can I do?
I'm afraid this is not an isolated incident when it coms to webhosting companies. The best advice is what rcj662 said, contact your bank and get them to cancel the payment. You'll find the company will soon get in touch with you when their payment faills. .
If you pay by paypal, just go into paypal and cancel the subscription, If you pay via bank just call your bank up and tell them to stop the payments . You don't need your host to do this, you can do it yourself..
