    It is thought that Google does take some notice of where your website is hosted for delivering search results to their users. (e.g. UK based websites are given a slight boost in ranking for people searching in the UK)

    yes i noticed that ,Only Google Search Engine check the Hosting Parameter .

    Yes, you can host 2 websites on the same server. There are many hosts offering you an ability to host Unlimited Domains on the same hosting account. You can do this by simply pointing the DNS of the domains to the server you want them to be hosted on. You will then need to add the Domains to your hosting account through the control panel.
