    Don't use hostfly unless you want downtime, server migrations every few months, your websites deleted completely and support tickets ignored and closed without any answer, they are truly appalling.
    Luckily I only had 2 sites hosted with them, they don't even offer any excuse, they deleted my websites, they are incompetent.

    They guarantee 99.99 % uptime and in actual they don;t even give 10% uptime...

    They refused to refund money under 30 day Money back policy

    What more I can say about them except that they even don;t know what is a Nameserver

    Hostfly sold me reseller hosting whereas I asked for Shared hosting saying - it has almost same price and you will have greater flexibility.

    Now for last 10 days their server is down almost 12-14 hours a day, and when I asked for refund they show me their TOS which says moneyback guarantee is not applicable for Reseller account.

    I asked for refund based on Uptime - They say they process refund in that case only if downtime is because of excluding - "Network Issue, Natural disaster, Scheduled downtime and all those situation which are beyond our control. "

    50-60 hours of downtime in 5 days and it is beyond their control - then it is worst paid hosting service to host your sites with... Even free hosting service gives better service than these guys...

    Never host any site with Hostfly or canhost.

    Another update -- 2 days back I received a mail that we moving to a good server and your problems will end...

    Since then I am trying to open WHM and Cpanel but no success, today it opened accidentally after 25 minutes or so ( I left windows open after logging in ) and then I saw following thing in their WHM. No need to explain anything if you know anything about hosting you will understand quality of service and kind of server they providing ....

    And still no reply about refund of money they looted from US.
