    Hi There,

We have a domain on 123-reg, and bought hosting on godaddy.

I Am using an asp.net website on godaddy. First I tried to send an email by connecting to "smtp.123-reg.co.uk" but it was failing.

Then I created a free email account with godaddy, and created the same email address there. At this point, the asp.net connecting successfully BUT: I could send an email FROM the godaddy account, but could not receive any email. Whenever an email was sent to that email address I received the following:

#client# tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 #5.1.0 Address rejected #address# (state 14).
    Code (markup):
Does anyone know how to either solve the first challange, or the second one. Iether or will help.

    Thanks a lot guys :)

Have you tried contacting GoDaddy support in regards to the issue? I'm sure they should be able to resolve this in no time. From the error message it seems the mailbox is unavailable for one reason or another, and contacting them should allow them to troubleshoot the problem.
