You need atleast a VPS for a moderately active forum.

 

We Are Currently Not In Mood to Go For Vps
As There Are Less Earning From Forum , But later we Will Upgrade With Vps

It looks like the best plan for you would be the Business Plan that allows 600GB of bandwidth, and 30GB of disk space. However I'll give you another 30GB of disk space for free.

The only hard requirement that hosts can give you is the email sending. 10,000 emails at once is alot. You will need to get a VPS if your looking to send out that many emails.
