Hello Webmasters, Can you please suggest the best & affordable method of hosting a wordpress site. The home page will have about 50 small posts (mostly pics). Is virtual dedicated server hosting any faster than shared hosting? I know dedicated servers are best but are also most expensive. Thanks for help!
well i am a newbie and this is the first time i am buying a host and hosting my website.. i must say FATCOW is really easy and user friendly... so far i haven't faced any problem in uploading my website to net.. and when i face any problem then they are very helpful... i think fatcow is really good.. may be its too early to say that but i am enjoying my stay with them so far....

That depends on the specification of the servers ... A Shared hosting server is a very strong server if u buy that urself it will cost u a lot... u can get cheap dedicated servers but the speed and server specs will be low
i agree with BOHRA.. godady hosting sucks... i have read plenty of bad reviews for godaddy.. godaddy is good only when it comes to domain registration... beside FATCOW you can also go for JUSTHOST or BLUEHOST.. if you want to get discount coupons for these sites you can ask from the forum members.. there are plenty of people in this community who are affiliated to different hosting firms... so iw will become easier for you.. else you can also search google for coupons... you can also visit www.hostingsthatsuck.com to get the review about the host you are looking to get associate...
