my hosting sucks! Or maybe I am just to busy.

    Here is what I have

    2 forums up and running:
my VB One will get about a steady 100 users online at a time sometimes it will go up to 200-250 online users at a time

the other (smf) is very small maybe 20 users at a time.

I have 3 more forums I want to get up and running.

I also have a few ecommerce basic sites.

Here is what I am using.
    Disk Space: 2208.00 MB
    Bandwidth: 20616.67 MB

    what suggestions do you have?

Also what is a Dedicated IP?

A Dedicated IP means that a website has its own IP address. Whether you type in your URL or the numeric form of its IP address, both will bring you to the same domain.

    97 gigs :) = 100000 / 1024

    ---------
to be 100% correct its actually
    100000 Megabyte (MB) = 97.65625 Gigabyte (GB)

In my opinion, you should have a look at vps or basic dedicated server plans. That should definitely meet up your requirements.

I would look for Semi-dedicated/High Availability Shared accounts, or a basic dedicated. It's not the amount of traffic and diskspace, but the CPU usage. Many hosts will give you the amount of diskspace and bandwidth that you need, but they won't like the amount of CPU usage, and they'll ask you to upgrade. Hope this helps!
