    I can speak from experience. These plans are oversold and underserviced. When you move to a proper hosting environment, slow load times and inability to handle traffic spikes vanish. You save a few bucks the other way, but are shoved on servers that are way too full and a have a support staff that is way undertrained and way overextended.

    hostgator is the cheapest way to get wordpress hosting that is actually decent

    best platform for ecommerce is WooCommerce

    everything else is self explanatory and please dont go for any free hosting, pay for what you want and youll be better off
